Initiate Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure box.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
